Dawn is fantastic. We were first time home buyers and we went the normal route. We were pre-approved for a loan so the next step was to talk to a couple realtors to see who we liked. Dawn came highly recommended and she was the first one we reached out to..let's just say we never had to interview another realtor. We talked to her at 4PM on a Sunday and she was showing us a house 7PM that night. She has exactly the kind of hustle you want in this type of market. She is very kind and extremely knowledgeable about the area. She will tell you straight up her opinion on a property so that you don't get into something you won't absolutely love. I'd recommend her to anybody. 10/10.
