Dawn is fantastic. We were first time home buyers and we went the normal route. We were pre-approved for a loan so the next step was to talk to a couple realtors to see who we liked. Dawn came highly recommended and she was the first one we reached out to..let's just say we never had to interview another realtor. We talked to her at 4PM on a Sunday and she was showing us a house 7PM that night. She has exactly the kind of hustle you want in this type of market. My wife and I strongly recommend Dawn as a buyer’s real estate agent. Dawn was by our side every step of the way through six months of searching and through closing on our home July 2022. We are experienced home buyers and know quite a bit about the process. However, Dawn pointed out numerous important details to consider with many of the houses that we looked at. One home had moisture issues in the walls and Dawn showed us how the beams were ‘ghosting’ visible. Another house had a safety issue with the fireplace that we didn’t see. This has been a very challenging real estate market for buyers and we wouldn’t have ended up with such a wonderful house without Dawn’s guidance. Of course we wanted and expected Dawn to provide consistent communication with us. Her consistency and promptness were perfect, literally. Since we are new to Knoxville, it was great having Dawn help us assess the neighborhoods, traffic, and new construction versus existing homes. Lastly, she was always cheerful about showing us houses.
