My wife and I strongly recommend Dawn as a buyer’s real estate agent. Dawn was by our side every step of the way through six months of searching and through closing on our home July 2022. We are experienced home buyers and know quite a bit about the process. However, Dawn pointed out numerous important details to consider with many of the houses that we looked at. One home had moisture issues in the walls and Dawn showed us how the beams were ‘ghosting’ visible. Another house had a safety issue with the fireplace that we didn’t see. This has been a very challenging real estate market for buyers and we wouldn’t have ended up with such a wonderful house without Dawn’s guidance. Of course we wanted and expected Dawn to provide consistent communication with us. Her consistency and promptness were perfect, literally. Since we are new to Knoxville, it was great having Dawn help us assess the neighborhoods, traffic, and new construction versus existing homes. Lastly, she was always cheerful about showing us houses.
